- 5 dużych ziemniaków,
- 300 g mięsa mielonego,
- 2 liście laurowe,
- 3 ziela angielskie,
- 1 łyżka tymianku,
- sól i pieprz do smaku,
- kurkuma szczypta,
- pieprz ziołowy do smaku,
Cebulę kroimy w piórka i podsmażamy na maśle w garnku. Zalewamy bulionem warzywnym, dodajemy liście i ziele i gotujemy ok 5 minut.
Mięso mielone przyprawiamy solą i pieprzem, formujemy małe kuleczki wielkości orzecha włoskiego.
Dodajemy do garnka.
Ziemniaki kroimy w drobniutką kosteczkę i również dodajemy do garnka. Gotujemy ok 20 minut, przyprawiamy i jeszcze chwilę gotujemy.
